We are pleased to share our opening schedule for October.
Please note that we are closed every Sunday and Monday.
In addition, TROIS VISAGES will be closed for regular dinner service on Wednesday, October 28.
This month’s RE: Lunch will be held on Thursday, October 29.

Throughout October, we will offer our Menu Dégustation at ¥17,600 (tax included, service charge excluded), as well as a special ¥20,000 course featuring Mukaku Wagyu, a rare breed of Japanese beef raised exclusively in Chef Kuninaga’s home prefecture of Yamaguchi.
We will also offer our ¥17,600 vegetable-focused course, showcasing produce grown on our own farm.
As the lingering warmth of summer fades, October brings a deeper sense of autumn.
Ingredients arriving from our farm and producers across Japan begin to reflect the season, with mushrooms, root vegetables, and other autumn produce developing richer aromas and deeper flavors.
Each dish captures the richness and character of the harvest season.
