We would like to inform you of our opening schedule for September.
We are regularly closed on Sundays and Mondays.
In addition, we will be closed on Tuesday, September 22 and Wednesday, September 23 for the national holidays.
This month’s “RE: Lunch” will be held on Wednesday, September 30, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Last Order at 1:00 p.m.).
In September, we will offer a variety of courses, including our regular course at ¥17,600 (tax included, service charge excluded), a special ¥20,000 course featuring the rare Japanese Polled Wagyu raised exclusively in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Chef Kuninaga’s hometown, as well as a ¥17,600 course centered around vegetables grown on our own farm.
As the lingering warmth of summer gradually gives way to the first signs of autumn, the ingredients arriving from our farm and producers across Japan begin to reflect the changing season, bringing richer aromas and deeper flavors.
We invite you to experience this seasonal transition through each dish, created to capture the unique character of this time of year.
