We would like to inform you of our opening schedule for August.

We are regularly closed on Sundays and Mondays.
In addition, we will be closed on Saturday, August 8, Tuesday, August 11 (National Holiday), and from Tuesday, August 18 to Friday, August 21.

Our monthly RE: Lunch will be held on Wednesday, August 26, from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM (Last Order: 1:00 PM).

This month, we offer our Seasonal Tasting Menu (¥17,600, tax included / service charge excluded), alongside our Special Mukaku Wagyu Course (¥20,000, tax included / service charge excluded), featuring the exceptionally rare Mukaku Wagyu, raised exclusively in Yamaguchi Prefecture, the hometown of Chef Kuninaga. We also offer a seasonal course celebrating vegetables harvested from our own farm (¥17,600, tax included / service charge excluded).

As summer reaches its peak, the ingredients arriving from our farm and dedicated producers throughout Japan express the richness and vitality of the season. We invite you to experience dishes that capture the freshness, fragrance, and vibrant flavors unique to this time of year.
