We are pleased to share our business schedule for July.
We are regularly closed on Sundays and Mondays. Please also note that we will be closed from Tuesday, July 21 through Saturday, July 25.
Our monthly RE: Lunch will be held on Wednesday, July 29, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (last order at 1:00 p.m.).
This month, in addition to our signature Chef’s Tasting Menu (¥17,600, tax included, service charge excluded), we are offering a Special Mukaku Wagyu Course (¥20,000, tax included, service charge excluded), featuring the rare hornless wagyu raised exclusively in Yamaguchi Prefecture, the hometown of Chef Kuninaga. We also offer a Vegetable Course (¥17,600, tax included, service charge excluded), showcasing seasonal produce from our own farm.
As midsummer arrives, the ingredients from our farm and from producers across Japan continue to reach their seasonal peak. We hope you will enjoy the vibrant flavors and vitality that only this time of year can offer.
