We would like to share our schedule and offerings for June.
Please note that we are closed every Sunday and Monday.
Our monthly “RE: Lunch” will be held on Wednesday, June 24, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (Last Order at 1:00 p.m.).
In addition to our regular Chef’s Tasting Course (¥17,600, tax included, service charge excluded), we are pleased to offer a special course featuring the rare Mukaku Wagyu from Yamaguchi Prefecture, the hometown of Chef Kuninaga (¥20,000, tax included, service charge excluded).
We also offer a seasonal vegetable-focused course (¥17,600, tax included, service charge excluded), showcasing produce grown on our own farm and carefully selected ingredients from producers across Japan.
As early summer arrives, the ingredients from our farm and partner producers continue to evolve with the season. We hope you will enjoy the unique flavors and expressions that can only be experienced at this time of year.
