Event Report : Mukaku Wagyu Tasting Event

Event Report : Mukaku Wagyu Tasting Event

The other day, we had the pleasure of hosting
the “Mukaku Wagyu Tasting Event” at TROIS VISAGES.

This gathering was designed as an opportunity to experience the unique character of Mukaku Wagyu through taste, while also learning about the philosophy, history, and future vision behind its production in Abu Town, Yamaguchi.

On the day of the event, Chef Kuninaga — who shares the same hometown roots as Mukaku Wagyu — created a special menu dedicated entirely to this remarkable beef, allowing our guests to fully enjoy its distinctive qualities.

We were also honored to hear directly from the producers and the Mayor of Abu Town, whose stories offered deeper insight into the environment, dedication, and aspirations that shape Mukaku Wagyu.

Having long worked closely with Mukaku Wagyu, we are truly grateful that TROIS VISAGES was chosen as the venue for this meaningful occasion.

Mukaku Wagyu is not defined solely by its rarity.
Its true value emerges from the harmony between the land, the people who raise it, and the intention to carry its legacy into the future.

This event was not simply a one-time celebration, but part of a continuing step toward establishing Mukaku Wagyu as a true regional heritage.

We look forward to continuing to express this story through our cuisine.

Thank you, as always, for your continued support of TROIS VISAGES.
