Food loss—ingredients that are perfectly edible yet unable to be shipped—has become an increasingly familiar social issue in recent years.
RE: Lunch is our initiative to address this challenge by sourcing such ingredients directly from producers and reimagining them as a lunch offering.

For this edition, we present a warm stew prepared by Chef Kuninaga, using ingredients and trimmings that were not used during SIX VISAGES, a special event where young talent took center stage.
