Please find below our business schedule for January.

In addition to our regular closing days on Sundays and Mondays, we will be closed from Thursday, January 1 through Friday, January 9.
This month’s “RE: Lunch” will be held on Wednesday, January 28, from 11:30 to 13:30 (last order at 13:00).

In January, alongside our standard course priced at ¥17,600 (tax included, service charge not included), we are pleased to offer a variety of courses, including:
a course featuring our popular house-made cereal bread;
a special course highlighting the rare Mukaku Wagyu, raised exclusively in Yamaguchi Prefecture—the hometown of Chef Kuninaga—priced at ¥20,000 (tax included, service charge not included);
and a course centered around vegetables harvested from our own farm, priced at ¥17,600 (tax included, service charge not included).

In addition, on Sunday, January 12 and Monday, January 13 (public holiday), we will be hosting a special event led by our younger team members,
SIX VISAGES.
