At TROIS VISAGES and its parent company, GROVE DISH Inc., six young chefs hone their craft every day.
Drawing on their individual journeys, the landscapes they have known, and the inspirations they have inherited, they create dishes that can only be born in this very moment.

A new expression of “bistro cuisine,” where diverse sensibilities resonate and distinct personalities intertwine.
For two days only, at the neo-bistro “Six Visages,” we invite you to experience the unique creativity of the next generation of culinary talent.


Sustainable Deliciousness and Next-Generation Expression

TROIS VISAGES has been awarded one Michelin star for three consecutive years in the 2026 edition of the Michelin Guide, and in 2026 it also received the Green Star.
From close collaboration with producers to thoughtful ingredient selection and environmentally conscious cooking methods, the restaurant continues to pursue truly sustainable gastronomy.

At “Six Visages,” six young chefs carry forward this philosophy while each presenting their own interpretation of “neo-bistro” cuisine.

Concept
A prix-fixe course in which guests may select an appetizer, main dish, and dessert—each crafted by one of the six young chefs.
Alcohol or non-alcohol pairing options will also be available to complement the dishes.

¥10,000 (tax included; service charge not included)

On each day, Chef Kuninaga and Manager Takagi will personally oversee the dining room, welcoming guests warmly while supporting the challenges undertaken by these six emerging talents.
