Finally Revealed! Event Details for “Menya Towavisage” on June 28

Back in early May, we announced a special ramen project. After countless trials squeezed in between busy shifts, the culmination of our efforts—a truly heartfelt bowl of ramen—is now complete!

Crafted by young staff members from a Michelin one-star French restaurant, the one-day-only ramen shop “Menya Towavisage” is finally unveiling its full concept. Here’s a preview of the menu you can enjoy on the day:

Kawamata Shamo Consommé Ramen Set – ¥2,000 (incl. tax)
A refined bowl featuring a clear, deeply flavorful broth, with handmade noodles that reflect both French technique and playful creativity.
Paired with a Mugaku Wagyu Shigureni Don, made from the rare hornless wagyu beef raised only in the chef Kuninaga’s home prefecture of Yamaguchi, using flavorful offcuts like tendon.
This ramen is based on a sustainable consommé made from “retired laying hens”—chickens that have stopped laying eggs and are generally not used for meat.
To top it off, we’re serving it in WASARA containers—eco-friendly, compostable dishware made from natural materials like bamboo and sugarcane. Every aspect is crafted with care for both flavor and the environment.

Drinks (specially selected to pair with ramen):

• KIMINO YUZU – Yuzu Sparkling Water – ¥700 (incl. tax)
  A refreshing, non-alcoholic drink made with handpicked domestic yuzu. Pairs perfectly with the soup.
• INEDIT – ¥1,300 (incl. tax)
  A premium beer designed for dining by the legendary Spanish restaurant El Bulli. A personal favorite of Chef Kuninaga.
