we increasingly hear about.
“RE: Lunch” embraces the concept of renewal by sourcing such ingredients directly
from producers and transforming them into delicious, thoughtful lunch offerings.
This time, we present a refreshing summer dish: Gapao Rice with Organic Komatsuna, made using an abundance of outer komatsuna leaves that are typically thinned out and discarded.
Enhanced with aromatic herbs from our own farm and flavorful off-cuts of meat
from our kitchen, this plate is both sustainable and satisfying.
